CLASS FORMAT, ATTENDANCE, & CANCELLATION POLICY

Mondays/Tuesdays (rented space): 

• At least 3 people confirmed by Thursday (for Mondays)/Friday (for Tuesdays) at 8:00 am to rent the space and bring full drums (no pads).  

• With 3+ people, we’ll meet at the rented space for the full-length class.  

• With 2 people, class is at Hendon for a 60-minute session.  

• Fewer than 2 → class canceled for the week.  

• Cancellations after the Thurs/Friday deadlines: 50% of your usual class fee is due (applies once you’ve committed, regardless of payment timing).

Mondays/Tuesdays Hendon Classes: Cancellations within 48 hours of class: 50% of your usual class fee is due.

Other classes: Any classes offered on other days follow the same cancellation policy. The commitment deadline for each class will be included in the class announcement.

SLIDING SCALE FEES:  

• $15-$30 for each session: ($15 for those with economic need, $20-25 basic rate, $30 a sustaining rate to help ensure the program continues)

• Rates remain the same regardless of length, since two-person classes are more focused and individualized.  

• The sliding scale remains in place, and everyone stays at their established rate. If your circumstances change, please come talk to me.

ADVANCE COMMITMENT INCENTIVE:  Commit to 4 classes and receive 10% off. Advance sign-ups count toward the minimum to run class.

UNEXPECTED EMERGENCIES: True emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending, please don’t worry about the cancellation fee.
